Job Description:
- Keeping proper record of available IT material at locations
- Maintenance of equipments / devices in coordination with the location staff
Responsible for locations:
- Regular scheduled / as per requirement visits to locations
- Smooth functioning of hardware / software / network / internet / CCTVs etc
- Addressing all queries / problems time to time promptly
- IT related trainings as per requirement
- Support for AMC / purchasing related work
- Updation of Website in coordination with the HO team
- Updates of softwares / antivirus etc
- Support to staff for data entry (Accounts, transport & result related software)
- Training location staff for work-related emergencies
- Sending Regular report after every visit in specified format
- Induction for new staff related to IT
- Providing support to location staff for other IT related work/assignment as per direction of HO team
- Other allied work

- Graduate along with all required Certifications w.r.t. H/w & Networking
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Ready to travel to nearby locations for the same work & support
