Keeping proper record of available IT material at locations
Maintenance of equipments / devices in coordination with the location staff

Responsible for locations:

Regular scheduled / as per requirement visits to locations
Smooth functioning of hardware / software / network / internet / CCTVs etc
Addressing all queries / problems time to time promptly
IT related trainings as per requirement
Support for AMC / purchasing related work
Updation of Website in coordination with the HO team
Updates of softwares / antivirus etc
Support to staff for data entry (Accounts, transport & result related software)
Training location staff for work-related emergencies
Sending Regular report after every visit in specified format
Induction for new staff related to IT
Providing support to location staff for other IT related work/assignment as per direction of HO team
Other allied work
