Responsibilities:

• Assist in network and system administration tasks, such as configuring network devices, managing user accounts, and maintaining server infrastructure.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network and system issues.

• Support security policies and procedures by implementing security measures and conducting regular security audits.

• Provide end-user support, including resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with software installations, and troubleshooting network connectivity problems.

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.
