Department Overview
Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation /Community Bank Technology within the Enterprise Information Technology business provides strategic technology solutions to the both the PVSI and Community Banking lines of business, including application design, development, and support.
About The Role
Role
would be Responsible for the design and development of highly scalable and robust Enterprise Grade applications. Ability to transform the current landscape and provide leadership around application rationalization, reduction of technical debt and enabling delivery of critical business outcomes. Should have a deep background in core computer sciences and engineering, with hands-on experience in one of the areas such as financial services, Distributed systems, Services at scale, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Data Integration, Secure Dev Ops and Information security. Ability to research, analyze and recommend new technologies to meet the business needs. Collaborate closely with horizontal functions such as architecture, product management, user experience, information security and resiliency teams.

- Lead, architect, design and develop software engineering solutions to perform at scale.
- Plan, perform and resolve escalated issues related to platform, coding and testing deliverables.
- Ability to drive SDLC automation & Dev Ops CI/CD adoption
- Designs and Builds Non Functional frameworks and tools.
- Expected to contribute towards integrating complex platforms.
- Focus on building relevant engineering and business capabilities in the organization.
- Coordinate & lead implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departments; work with client groups to identify, arrange, and/or deliver training needs.
1 Lead, architect, design and develop software engineering solutions to perform at scale.
2 Work with stakeholders to research new technologies, frameworks, tools, proof of concepts. Develop reusable solutions that can be shared with multiple groups.
3 Plan, perform and resolve escalated issues related to platform, coding and testing deliverables.
4 Ability to drive SDLC automation & Dev Ops CI/CD adoption. 5 Designs and Builds Non Functional frameworks and tools to improve Resiliency, Reliability, Availability and to reduce latency.
6 Expected to contribute towards integrating complex platforms including several components with business domain and process context.
7 Focus on building relevant engineering and business capabilities in the organization to keep pace with demand and best practices in the industry.
8 Coordinate implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departments; work with client groups to identify, arrange, and/or deliver training needs.
