- This role is responsible for design, development, deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, application and business service monitoring, alerting and reporting. Responsibilities:
- Installation, Upgrade, Customization, Administration and Support of BMC Remedy AR System along with ITSM Suit and applications, Mid-Tier
- Upgrade, Administration and Support of BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) tool and Synchronization of ADDM with CMDB
- Integrations with third party applications like IBM Maximo, IBM Websphere, xMatters, Lotus Notes.
- BMC Atrium CMDB, Reconciliation Activities, AIE
- Approval Server Configuration
- Incident management, Change Management, Problem management
- Remedy knowledge management
- Service Level Management
- Asset Management
- Service Request Management
- DSO, Email Engine, Web Service
- Integration of ARS Application with Third Party tool
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 6-10 Years of Experience BMC Remedy
- BMC Action Request System 7.x, 8.x
- BMC Remedy ITSM 7.x/8.x Installation, Configuration, Administration
- BMC Remedy ITSM Implementation
- Development
- Customization
- CMDB 2.x, Atrium Core 7.6/8x
- Foundation data configuration
- BMC Analytics for BSM
- Installation, Upgrade, Customization, Administration and Support of BMC Remedy AR System along with ITSM Suit and applications, Mid-Tier
- Upgrade, Administration and Support of BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) tool and Synchronization of ADDM with CMDB
