Oversee the final phase of the hiring process: onboarding.

practices and procedures.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation.

Gathered feedback from employees to continuously refine the onboarding process.
Sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and employment
negotiations.
Resume search of active candidates from job boards.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Engaged with clients such as Ecolab, State of Delaware, Mary Copa County, Kelloggs, State of Delaware, Mary Copa
County, Kelloggs and more.
