About the internship

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a TA Intern. As a TA Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Operations Team in sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, updating recruitment databases, and performing administrative tasks.

Skills:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
4. Efficiency in handling large data and managing multiple tasks

Qualifications: Currently pursuing/completing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.

Good to have:

1. Experience with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
2. IT recruitment experience or any Tech related knowledge
