Job Description
Sourcing Candidates: Proactively sourced candidates through job boards, social media and internal databases. • Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications, and conducting initial phone screenings to determine candidate suitability. • Building a Talent Pool: Developing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Job Advertising: Posting job openings on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri) • • Offer Negotiation: Collaborating with candidates to negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to acceptance • Updating ATS: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (QRMS). • Onboarding Coordination: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they complete required documentation and receive relevant training materials • Executed campus recruitment drives in collaboration with academic institutions, resulting in the successful onboarding of entry-level candidates. Enhanced candidate quality, resulting in a 30% increase in offer acceptance rate. • • Assisted in the recruitment process for senior and leadership roles and helping to identify potential candidates who could add value to leadership teams. • Managed end-to-end cycle for Contract, Contract-to-hire (C2H) and permanent hiring, ensuring quick turnaround for project-based roles.
