Job Description
· Part of TA Automation and Quality Tower, instrumental in providing timely inputs towards reporting, process enhancements and quality.
· Responsible to design and implement various reports for performance enhancement which includes but not limited to Bowler Metrics report, Recruiter & Sourcing specialist scorecards for regional as well as Global CoEs.
· Analyzing existing TA processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Managing day-to-day operations of ATS, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing any system related issues.
· Collaborating with cross functional teams to streamline recruitment workflows and optimize the candidate experience.
· Providing training and support to talent acquisition and business team on new processes and system.
· Developed end-to-end comprehensive TA dashboards for the VOIS Centers, enabling data-driven insights and informed decision-making.
· Delivering weekly & Monthly TA analytics reports, offering in-depth insights into various geographies to support strategic workforce planning.
· Part of quality & compliance team to identify and create framework for conducting internal audits & compliance reports.
· Providing ongoing support towards adherence of Organizational Compliance program.
· Ensured Compliance and audit adherence through preparing reports aligned to stipulated KPIs.
· Introduced automation to ensure process is aligned to quality parameters.
· Utilized tools such as SharePoint, Office Suite, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint to ensure accurate deliver visually compelling dashboards, presentations, and reports.

• Talent Acquisitions Metrics & HR Operations.
• Experience in TA/ HR analytics and Data analysis.
• Evaluating & improving team performance by introducing Recruiter, Sourcing specialist & TAC Scorecard Regional as well as Globally.
• Utilized Support Central CRM for building and analyzing reports on Offer & Decline, Sourcing metrics, and Scheduling timelines.
• Reports and Dashboards helped to bring efficiency and streamlined process adherence.
• Part of audit & compliance activity, lead reporting & corrective activities.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects, especially in scorecards, reports & dashboards.
• Conduct or assist with performing classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified.
• Identify significant metrics and/or indicators to monitor organizational health and performance of strategic/workforce plans in alignment with business strategy. Also worked with peers within industry to inculcate best practices followed by other organizations.
• Schedules, designs, and executes standard and Adhoc reports to retrieve data from the HR Repository to assist TA heads & managers, HR Team and Functional Groups in managing their workforce.
• Developed confidential proprietary analytical tool and reports with Qlik sense, Tableau, Excel, Power Pivot and Power Point.
• Creating Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Talent Acquisitions performance reviews reports, dashboard & presentation.
