Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition - Associate
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Responsibilities:
Finding resumes and detecting relevant keywords in the same as per the company’s current requirement.
Sourcing and screening the resume of the potential candidates through job boards.
Maintain and track the databases and keep track of recruitment.
Scrutinize and check the credibility of the candidate and complete the necessary documentation.
Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Preferred Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Need to be proficient in English Communication.
MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet Surfing knowledge (Basic).
Basic pay and other allowances:
Basic salary: 12,000-15,000 Per Month
Incentives: Based on your performance.
NOTE:
NO PICK-AND-DROP WILL BE PROVIDED BUT TRAVELING ALLOWANCE WILL BE GIVEN EVERY MONTH.
Duty hours and Shift:
Mandatory Night Shift (8:30 pm - 5: 30 am)
Monday-Friday.
