Scheduling interviews basis on the availability of the candidates and interviewer and working closely with recruiters & Hiring Managers to manage overall scheduling process. • Maintaining & Updating daily Scheduling report in Support Central App • Managed end-to-end interview scheduling for APAC & EMEA regions, ensuring seamless coordination among hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates • Effectively handled time-zone differences to optimize interview slots and minimize scheduling conflicts. • Coordinating and scheduling interview for off campus & on campus recruitment drive • Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections
