We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end
recruitment, source top talent, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring
processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the
ability to build a talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process from beginning to end
· Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
· Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
· Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
· Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment files.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
