Looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter with an ability to identify and place candidates within stringent timeline.
The candidate will be required to execute an end to end recruitment cycle. (Sourcing /Screening/ Negotiating/ Closing positions).
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Following up on the interview process status.
Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
Good Communication in English.
