Job Description
We are looking for energetic freshers to be a part of our Talent Acquisition function to help grow our engineering teams. The candidate will get an opportunity to handle the end-to-end hiring efforts of our evolving multidisciplinary team as we scale our product from just India to global.

- Build a strong sourcing pipeline and communicate the company’s vision and requirements to them.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience, and manage the interview process in line with our culture.
- Negotiate and close selected candidates.
- Take ownership of recruiting initiatives such as campus placements, tech meet-ups, hackathons, etc.
- Be innovative to source and close in this competitive engineering hiring environment.
- Any graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
