2. Having a quick check on the candidates CV2. Calling the shortlisted candidates and explaining them  the new job responsibilities and designation 3. Asking the candidates for their latest updated resumes4. Sending the candidates updated resume to the clients 5. Interacting with the clients about the status of the shortlisted candidates 6. Continuously keeping in touch with the candidates till the billing is done. 
Calling New Companies 1. Calling New Company HR and sending our Company's profile2. Following up on the same with the Company HR to get new orders
