Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified candidates
2. Source and screen potential candidates for contract/permanent openings
3. Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on TechStar's processes
4. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
5. Meet or exceed weekly goal/target expectations
6. Manage effective usage of internal systems/databases for recording different stages in the recruitment process
