Job Description
Daily Job Functions:
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Scheduling interview with technical Panel based on availability.
- Collecting feedback from the recruiter and communicating with the candidate on time.
- Performing reference and background checks
- Negotiate compensation, closing consultants and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
- Making recommendations to the company hiring managers.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and preparing Job Description.
- Review and understand technical job requirements.
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Follow up with candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and get a referral.
