Talent Acquisition Executive Job in Amtex at Gurgaon

We have below position open for Fresher Hiring, we are looking for candidates on an immediate basis and having good comm skills.

Role:  Talent Acquisition(US Staffing)
Location: Gurgaon, Sohna Road

Salary Package – 10K Stipend-(Initial 6 months)

Graduates -2.4 LPA+ Incentives+ Cab Gurgaon and West Delhi only+ Medical Insurance   after confirmation(eligible only after 6 months)

Post Graduate – 3 LPA + Incentives+ Cab Gurgaon and West Delhi only + Medical Insurance   after confirmation(eligible only after 6 months)

Note: Night Shift job (6:30 pm -3:30 am)

Service Agreement – 2 year

* They have to work on IT requirements for US Market, must be well versed with Boolean Search
* US tax terms & US Visa training will be given
* Working on different Job Portals for getting the right candidate for multiple companies in the USA.
* Good Negotiation, Communication, Sourcing and Networking Skills
* Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
* Cold calling, Lead Generation, account management and Business Generation for technology consulting profile.

Criteria: Good communication and Technical background (Preferable)
