Responsibilities and Duties:
• As a Recruiter, you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT/Non IT positions.
• Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
• Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
• Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
• Should have go getter attitude, flexible and aggressive and happy to face challenging situation.

• Qualification: Graduate/PG
• Excellent English communication skills- both verbal and written.
