Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active individual with excellent communication skills for the job position of Domestic HR Recruiter with our company for Visakhapatnam Location.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Should have experience in a complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding.
- Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals and Networking Sites
- Handling a full life cycle of contract/fulltime IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment.
- Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Efficiently manage the recruitment process and actively involve in each phase of it.
- Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.
- Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients requirements.
- Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments
- Providing Qualitative Candidates to clients within the Stipulated Time Frame.
- Lining up shortlisted candidate for an interview.
- Co-ordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team.
- Taking Feedback from clients and candidates after an interview.
- Post interview co-ordination with candidates & client relationship team.
- Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and go-getter
