We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active individual with excellent communication skills for the job position of Domestic HR Recruiter with our company for Visakhapatnam Location.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Should have experience in a complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding.
  
• Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals and Networking Sites
  
• Handling a full life cycle of contract/fulltime IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment.
  
• Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  
• Efficiently manage the recruitment process and actively involve in each phase of it.
  
• Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.
  
• Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients requirements.
  
• Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments
  
• Providing Qualitative Candidates to clients within the Stipulated Time Frame.
  
• Lining up shortlisted candidate for an interview.
  
• Co-ordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team.
  
• Taking Feedback from clients and candidates after an interview.
  
• Post interview co-ordination with candidates & client relationship team.
  
• Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding.
  
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  
• Self-motivated and go-getter
