This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Job Description :-
- Hiring of talent through creative ideas & Social hiring
- Hiring through various channels like job portals, referrals, vendor partners
- New Vendor partner collaboration and negotiation skills
- Freshers hiring through campus hiring or training institute.
- Intelligent screening & powerful communication
- Diligent follow ups for joining.
- End to End recruitment
- Permanent and subcontract hiring
- Understanding the requirements
- Screening CV according to the skill set needed.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Following up on the interview process status
