Job Description
You will work as a part of our core recruitment team and need to scale up fast to adopt our processes and deliver. You will continuously build and increase the strength of our network by reaching out to top professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing
This is the first point of contact with potential candidates, and in many ways makes all the difference in our hiring capabilities. You need to come up with innovative ways to tap into varied digital recruitment platforms and connect with potential candidates through emails, messaging, cold calling. You will need to hunt, reach out, build trust, influence and finally convert top candidates to join our clients.
Head Hunting
When it comes to attracting the most sought-after talent, it takes a lot more than the standard recruitment process. Do you have the EQ to influence, guide and build trust with Managers and Leaders? Do you have a knack to convince / influence / motivate senior executives to come onboard with our clients?
Email Support
We are probably the only recruitment agency across the country, that has an extensive email support for all our candidates. Potential applicants can simply write an email to us, and we build a strong engagement with them to make hiring much simpler and fully via email communication. The email support team is one of the most crucial pillars of our capabilities.
Database Management
We are a tech-savvy organizations, and maintain an extensive database of all our candidates (Current and potential). It is the collective responsibility of our team to maintain this database with very high accuracy to ensure best performance of our marketing / head-hunting campaigns.
Process Improvement
We have a very extensive sourcing process, that has been built over time, with a lot of trial and error, for maximum efficiency, quality and optimization. As someone who has to adapt to the processes and work with them, you will be in the best position to suggest further improvements and as such are expected to contribute significantly to process improvement initiatives.
