About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interview potential job applicants to assess them on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics
2. Create exceptional candidate experience - being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care, and ensuring an increased brand value of the organization
3. Communicating by phone & email with candidates to figure out things like qualification, relevant experience, availability, and hiring timelines

Note: The candidate will be inducted and trained to manage the entire recruitment cycle right from understanding the requirement to onboarding. The working hours will be from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (evening shift).
