Designation - Talent Acquisition Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirement
2. Work on managing end-to-end recruitment
3. Source, screen, and schedule potential candidates through job portals( Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
4. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, and schedule interviews, using our applicant tracking system
Requirements and skills
1. Proven work experience as an intern in HR or talent acquisition or a similar role (domestic hiring)
2. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
3. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
