Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
3. Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry.
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
