Job Description
- Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements in both IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Source profiles through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Screen candidate resumes and conduct initial rounds of telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with internal teams and hiring partners.
- Maintain records using tracking systems and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and vendors.
- Engage with candidates for strong experience.
- Execute hiring campaigns.
- Participate in weekly reviews and provide reports.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

Assist in sourcing candidates through various job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.

Review resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.

Conduct initial screening calls or coordinate screening through assessment tools.
2. Interview Coordination:
-
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication of date, time, and format (in-person, phone, or virtual).

Send interview reminders and follow-up emails to candidates and interviewers.

Collect feedback post-interviews and update internal systems accordingly.
3. Recruitment Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Ensure proper documentation of candidate status, notes, and communications.

Assist in preparing weekly reports on open positions, hiring status, and candidate pipelines.
4. Employer Branding & Campus Engagement:

Help design job descriptions and attractive recruitment content for social media posts and internal portals.

Support in organizing career fairs, virtual hiring events, and campus recruitment drives.

Create presentations, flyers, or videos for promoting company culture and work environment.
5. Communication & Coordination:

Serve as a point of contact for candidate queries related to the recruitment process.

Communicate professionally and courteously with internal stakeholders and candidates.

Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
6. Process Improvement & HR Support:

Suggest new sourcing techniques or recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.

Assist in preparing recruitment templates, email formats, and policy documentation.

Collaborate with other HR functions such as L&D or employee engagement on cross-functional projects.
