Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a 3-months internship.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate Outreach: Reach out to potential candidates via phone and email to discuss job opportunities and assess their suitability for various roles.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment activities in Excel sheets and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Cold Calling: Proactively cold call potential candidates to introduce job opportunities and gather relevant information.
- Communication: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with and build rapport with candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other office software.
