Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment and hiring processes for various roles across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in building a career in HR, particularly in talent acquisition. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:

Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.

Use LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases to search for and engage with potential candidates.

Help maintain and update a database of active and passive candidates.
Screening & Interviewing:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for initial screening.

Conduct phone screenings and preliminary interviews with candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
Job Description & Posting:

Assist in creating and posting job descriptions for open roles.

Ensure job postings are clear, concise, and attract the right talent.
Candidate Engagement:

Communicate with candidates about job opportunities, interview schedules, and feedback.

Respond to candidate inquiries and provide them with a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding Assistance:

Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation.

Assist in coordinating induction programs and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Recruitment Marketing:

Help in promoting the company’s employer brand by contributing to social media and content marketing efforts.

Research industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to provide recommendations
Qualifications:

Education:
-
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment.

Basic understanding of the recruitment process is a plus.
