About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Set up and utilize dashboards and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
2. Work in continuous sync with the candidates and hiring managers to efficiently create a smooth workflow for the candidate hiring journey
Your roles and responsibilities won't be limited to talent acquisition but will also be an equal contributor in other parts of the HR department.
Requirements:
1. You are a seasoned, recruiter who is hands-on in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while nurturing and influencing at the highest levels of the business you support
2. You are self-driven with superior organizational skills and don't get overwhelmed easily as you'll be direct/in-directly engaged in screening 1000's applicants every month
3. You are curious, someone who enjoys understanding how different parts of the business fit in with one another and impact each other
