About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write and post IT and non-IT job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri, internshala etc.
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
5. Interview candidates combining various methods (structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
6. Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
