Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand job requirements
2. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
3. Source candidates through internal databases, online forums, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
5. Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
6. Provide support in coordinating candidate feedback and follow up with candidates
7. Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation, and provide insights to the team
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
2. Fluency in English
3. Basic knowledge of the IT domain
4. An active LinkedIn profile
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
8. Students who are in the final year of studies or a graduate who is available for full-time internship for a duration of at least 6 months
