Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, job portals, etc.)
2. Plan interview and selection procedures, including virtual screening calls, virtual assessments, and virtual interviews
3. Work on pre and post-onboarding formalities
4. Maintain daily MIS for regular footfalls, and hiring reports, assisting in preparing division-based policies, SOPs, and periodical dashboards
5. Work on market study, industry benchmarking, and identifying prospects

Requirements:

1. Competency is driving TA through virtual mode
2. Graduation- MBA (HR) preferred
