Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to develop pools of highly-qualified, diverse candidates for current and anticipated staffing needs
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Partner with, and gather feedback from hiring managers to strengthen the candidate pools
- Track key recruiting analytics such as cost to hire, diversity, time to fill, etc. and make recommendations accordingly
- Represent the university at recruiting-related events
- Build effective relationships with external partners to increase outreach
- Monitor internal talent pools, where applicable
- Develop inclusive branding programs, and measure results, through the school website and social media pages. Partner with marketing to ensure alignment in strategies
- Monitor internal and external recruiting trends and suggest improvements/strategies
- Initiate/maintain contact with candidates and provide them with the necessary resources and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Provide relocation assistance and resources, where applicable
- Other duties as assigned.
