Job Description
Responsibilities
- Candidate would be responsible to manage the full cycle of tech-recruitment - Source, screen, facilitate interview and closure.
- Act as point of contact for external vendors and partners for sourcing talent. Independently source and scene candidates from various sources like linkedin, Instahyre etc.
- Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer.
- Provide day-to-day / weekly reporting on KPIs setup for the recruitment function.
- Manage application tracking system Assist management, on insights in the talent market - salaries, talent pools, and other areas as needed.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives like hackathons etc.
- 5-8 years experience in independently managing tech-hiring in a growth stage startup environment.
- Good understanding of technology, analytics and data science eco-system.
- Prior experience of technical hiring as in-house recruiter with a product company.
- Experience with a SaaS / AI startup would be a preference.
- Ability to do fitment interviews on areas like problem solving, structured thinking, cultural fitment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels - engineering, data science, product and design.
- Bachelor's degree in science / engineering.
- Masters Degrees in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / related fields.
