Job Description
Ability to screen resumes to identify prospective candidates
● Research/sourcing skills with the ability to search for hard-to-fill requisitions
● Candidate engagement approach with the ability to activate passive candidates through outreach
● Ability to screen profiles for both technical and cultural qualities
● Industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, and conferences
● Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with recruiters and hiring managers
● Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence executive-level audiences
● Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills
● Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
● Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Experience with job posting boards and other recruitment vendors
Role Description:
● Manage full-cycle recruitment: This includes, but is not limited to; research, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying,
referencing, offer negotiation, and placement management.
● Build strong internal relationships: Partner with People Managers and Hiring Managers to recommend, develop and implement
recruitment strategies and programs. Build and present reporting analytics for difficult searches.
● Identify Opportunities: Participate as an active member of the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with the development and
realization of the Talent Acquisition strategic plans and goals.
● Upholding strict confidentiality about available positions, candidates, and other sensitive information
● Simultaneously managing multiple projects in a large, dynamic, complex environment
