Job Description
Handling spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition sourcing channels , mid-level and graduate hiring
- Should be a graduate or an MBA or an equivalent Degree / Masters Degree
- Min of 4 to 12 years of hiring experience in ITeS, IT, FMCG, Banking
- Experience in Mid Level Hiring, Entry Level Hiring
- Entry level hiring includes ( Executives - support staff , call centre operations )
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Ability to handle a team of 2 - 4
- Should be able to close 10 - 20 quality hires a month
- Should have handled hiring of Jr. level executives,through agencies
- Should have handled cost per hire, hiring budgets, quality of hire
- Should be able to handle the leadership team independently
- GB Certification / Quality Certifications will be an added advantage
