• Familiar with IT requirements and the Recruitment process.
• Result-oriented and able to build strong professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have good convincing and negotiable skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling End to End Recruitment Cycle.
• Designing and updating job descriptions.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job portals).
• Crafting Recruiting Emails / Mass mailing.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
• Advertise job openings on social media, job boards, and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Reference check.
