Job Description
- Identifying amazing people through job boards, web searches, referrals, social media and industry-specific sources.
- Working with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria.
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting good candidates in the preliminary rounds.
- Collaborating with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Managing the complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals for the multiple organs of the organization.
- Conducting the first round of interview to ensure that we hire the best talent.
