Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, planning interviews and must have handled end to end recruitments.
Should be well versed with social media hiring like through Linkedin, Facebook, Free Job sites etc. or Naukri.
Candidates will be responsible for organizational task of finding the most suitable person for the job.

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
