Location: Malad, Mumbai

Mode: Work from Office

Working days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday being Half Days)

Office Time: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (On Sat- 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Managing Hiring for Leadership & Lateral into Top Big4/Big6, MNCs, BFSI, Companies Start-ups, Tech-Insurance, Healthcare, Investment Banking. Product Solutions & IT Solutions companies

- Sourcing quality candidates from employment portals (Naukri, Shine. LinkedIn, Indeed) & Reference!

- Coordinating with quality candidates and making them aware of the requirements

-Prepare Job Description and Assist with Interview questions and process

- Assisting candidates through the ATS & coordinating while interviewing and with the HR Panel.

- Working as an Intermediary between the company and candidates.
