**Fixed Night shift (7:30 pm- 4:30 am) Sat & Sun fixed off.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source & screening applicants through USA job portals & other professional networks
- Shortlist relevant resumes
- Cold callingSend emails and follow-ups
- Explaining training details
- Maintain records of all candidates during recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork
Qualifications/Traits:
- Having 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field. Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication skill in English (both spoken and written).
- MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Great interactive skills.
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree or relevant degree is mandatory.
