Provide support in hiring of talent at the Jio centers with focus on
Home Business (Direct/indirect)
Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals
Shortlist and schedule interviews
Drive walk in, social media campaigns, tie up with NGOs/Skill
councils
Offer processing in hiring portal, preboarding, joining and
documentation

Education Requirement :

Graduate in any discipline ( PG or Diploma in HR preferred)

Experience Requirement :

1 - 3 years in mass recruitment

Skills & Competencies :

Knowledge of job portals
Knowledge of MS Excel
Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Speak local language
Target orientation
