About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with the talent development team and business strategy teams
2. Research on the organizational-wide training needs
3. Create, design, and build instructional training design
4. Support the team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback
5. Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress
6. Participate in other events/programs assigned by supervisor
7. Create email copy for company-wide distribution

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a master's degree in human resources, communications, psychology, or related field
2. Strong organizational skills (planning and prioritizing)
3. Able to quickly establish rapport at all levels of the organization
4. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its tools (PowerPoint and Excel)
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
