Job Description
Business support
- Driving and supporting for recruitment and ensuring the manpower is filled on time
- Ensure effective and smooth employee onboarding
- Ensure the employees achieve maximum productivity targets of the company
- Ensure that the company values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the business
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the firm's mission and strategic vision.
- Strategize and execute HR plans in alignment with business need.
- Build and institutionalize a performance-oriented culture.
- Translate organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy.
- Keep abreast of industry practices and share bestpractices People Support
- Ensure timely completion of probation confirmation across all the levels
- To drive the training needs for the employee career growth
- Manage employee grievance system and disciplinary proceedings
- Devise and execute the Reward and Recognition framework.
- Ensure completeness of employee review process to facilitate the calibration process and work on establishing a pool of key talent across
- Facilitate the rollout and implementation of career paths and development strategies.
- Recommend innovative recognition schemes to ensure improvement of staff retention and to recognize performance.
- Any other specified activity as suggested by the Manager
- Attrition management by retaining the best talent and action plan for performance improvement
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, at least 2 years in handling HRBP role
- PG–MBA, HR specialization, or MA/MS in HR related field
