We are hiring freshers (female candidates only) for an exciting opportunity at RPS LLP, Pandeypur, Varanasi. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone looking to build a strong career in HR and recruitment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Interpersonal Skills: Professional, approachable, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with candidates and employees.
