We are hiring freshers (female candidates only) for an exciting opportunity at RPS LLP, Pandeypur, Varanasi. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone looking to build a strong career in HR and recruitment.
You will be trained and guided to:
Conduct screening interviews of job seekers.
Maintain updated resumes and create professional profiles (LinkedIn, etc.)
Help candidates prepare for interviews and soft skill rounds.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements.
Maintain records in Excel and recruitment trackers.
Support end-to-end hiring and onboarding operations.
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on learning, skills, and performance)
Location: RPS LLP, Pandeypur, Varanasi
Job Type: Full-time | Entry-level | Onsite

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining records, screening candidates, and completing onboarding checklists.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Interpersonal Skills: Professional, approachable, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with candidates and employees.

Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and HR practices.
