Job Description

Core responsibilities

Financial record-keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, payments, and receipts, by entering and updating data in Tally software.
Accounts payable and receivable: Manage the processing of payments and invoices.
Bank reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
Financial reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries.
Tax and compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST and TDS, and assist with tax payments and returns.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits and assist with preparation for external audits.
Budgeting and analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis activities.
Data management: Perform data entry and handle various administrative tasks related to financial documentation.
