Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Tally Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally software, and expertise in bookkeeping, GST, and TDS filing.
As a Tally Accountant, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and general ledger records in Tally.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries accurately.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
✅ GST, TDS & Tax Compliance:
- Handle GST calculations, returns, and filings.
- Ensure TDS deductions and timely tax payments.
- Assist in income tax return preparation and audits.
✅ Banking & Reconciliations:
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process vendor payments, invoices, and employee salaries.
- Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
✅ Financial Reporting & MIS:
- Generate profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost management.
- Provide financial data analysis and reporting for management.
✅ Coordination & Audits:
- Work with auditors, tax consultants, and finance teams for compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for financial audits.
