Job Description

In depth knowledge of tally software with accounting and stock management skills in software. Candidate will have own working space, salary is flexible according to skills. Candidate must have experience of atleast 2 years of experience.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Tally Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally software, and expertise in bookkeeping, GST, and TDS filing.

As a Tally Accountant, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain daily accounting entries and general ledger records in Tally.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries accurately.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

✅ GST, TDS & Tax Compliance:

Handle GST calculations, returns, and filings.
Ensure TDS deductions and timely tax payments.
Assist in income tax return preparation and audits.

✅ Banking & Reconciliations:

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Process vendor payments, invoices, and employee salaries.
Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.

✅ Financial Reporting & MIS:

Generate profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Assist in budget preparation and cost management.
Provide financial data analysis and reporting for management.

✅ Coordination & Audits:

Work with auditors, tax consultants, and finance teams for compliance.
Ensure timely submission of financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation for financial audits.
