Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
-
Conduct interactive classroom and/or online training sessions on Tally ERP and Tally Prime.

Teach accounting principles, GST, TDS, inventory, payroll, and other business functionalities using Tally software.

Integrate real-time business scenarios into the training curriculum for better conceptual understanding.
2. Curriculum Development
-
Develop and regularly update training modules and lesson plans in alignment with industry standards and Tally software updates.

Prepare course materials, handouts, and practice exercises to aid learning.

Customize training content as per the learner group—students, job seekers, or working professionals.
3. Practical Training & Simulations
-
Guide students through hands-on exercises using simulated and actual accounting data.

Demonstrate end-to-end accounting processes, from voucher entry to final accounts and GST filings using Tally Prime.

Create real-time business case studies and assignments to build practical knowledge.
4. Project Guidance
-
Mentor students through their course projects, ensuring their work reflects real business accounting practices.

Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on project submissions.

Encourage independent problem-solving and critical thinking through guided learning.
5. Certification & Exam Preparation
-
Prepare students for various certification exams in Tally and accounting.

Conduct mock tests, evaluate performance, and help learners improve in weak areas.

Assist with registration and procedures for Tally certifications and other related accounting certifications.
6. Doubt Resolution & Student Support
-
Offer one-on-one support to students facing difficulties in understanding concepts or software usage.

Address learner queries through in-class, email, or virtual communication.

Encourage participation and ensure all students remain engaged and motivated throughout the course.
7. Technology & Software Updates
-
Stay updated with the latest versions of Tally ERP and Tally Prime.

Incorporate new features and changes in Tally into training sessions.

Educate students on software updates, patches, compliance changes, and new functionalities.
8. Feedback & Reporting
-
Collect feedback from students to assess training effectiveness.
-
Prepare and submit class performance reports, attendance, and progress tracking to the training manager.

Recommend course improvements based on student feedback and industry trends.
