Job Description
Maintain and update accounting records using Tally software
Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)
Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers accurately
Manage ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation
Handle GST entries, returns, and basic tax-related work (if applicable)
Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements
Verify and maintain stock/inventory records
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
Assist auditors and senior accountants when required
Backup accounting data and maintain confidentiality of financial information
