Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Tamil Voice Process Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls in the Tamil language. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, have excellent communication skills, and possess a customer-first attitude.
This role involves providing information, resolving issues, and promoting products or services through telephone conversations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Tamil Voice Process, Training will be provided.
- Training salary will be credited.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- weekend holidays.
- No Targets, No pressure.
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills in Tamil.
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
