Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and explain insurance policies.
- Educate customers about policy benefits, premium details, and claim procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into policy sales.
Customer Interaction & Relationship Management
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Assist customers in selecting the right insurance plan based on their needs.
Target Achievement & Reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Provide feedback to the team for improving sales strategies.
